Refunds/Returns

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. To request a refund or exchange, please submit a refund request online no later than seven (7) days from the date you receive the item(s).

Requests made after this time may be subject to denial. Please note that not all items are eligible for a refund. Items that are not eligible will be clearly marked.

To request a refund or exchange, you can submit a request online (Click Here) or email us directly at CustomerSupport@Kriffa.com. Please include your order number in the subject line for reference.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

    A: Orders are processed within 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your package is shipped.

    Q: Where do you ship from?

    A: All orders are handled and shipped from within the United States.

    Q: Can I choose expedited shipping?

    A: Yes! You can choose a faster shipping method at checkout. Note: If you're using promo code SHIP89, it only applies to standard economy shipping. You’ll need to remove the code to select an upgraded option.

    Q: Will I get tracking info?

    A: Yes! Tracking details are sent to your email once your order is on the way.

    Q: Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

    A: Orders placed on weekends or major holidays may be delayed slightly. We'll ship as soon as possible the next business day.

    Q: My order is over $100—do I need to be home?

    A: Yes, all orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery.

    Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

    A: First, report the issue to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and file a claim. Then contact us at customersupport@kriffa.com with your claim number for further help.

    Q: What happens if delivery fails due to a wrong address?

    A: Any charges due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your info before submitting an order.

    Q: What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?

    A: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at customersupport@kriffa.com. Please include your order number, a photo, and a brief description. We’ll take care of it right away.

    Q: What’s your return policy?

    A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

    Q: How do I start a return?

    A: Email customersupport@kriffa.com with your order number to get started. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.

    Q: Are returns free?

    A: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Q: Can I exchange an item?

    A: We recommend returning your item and placing a new order. This helps ensure the size/color you want is still available.

    Q: When will I get my refund?

    A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the return.
