Refunds/Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will accept all refunds (excluding shipping fees) for request made via email within 7 days from the delivery date. Request made after this time frame will be denied.

Include in the subject line (RETURN REQUEST - (order number )
In the body of the email, the item(s) being returned and a brief description of the issue.
All return item must be unused and with all original tags and packaging. if not, this could lead into a denial and item(s) will not be returned to the customer.
Please note any disputes turnover fees/charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
