KRIFFA provides customers with online access to a curated selection of apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories designed for lifestyle, comfort, and self-expression.

These Terms govern:

  • How you browse, shop, or interact with our website

  • Any purchases you make through our platform

  • The use of our content, visuals, and services

By using our site, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

 

 

🛍️ 2. Order Eligibility & Acceptance

To place an order on KRIFFA:

  • You must be 18 years or older with a valid payment method

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including fraud, payment failure, or stock errors

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your payment is approved. This email is not a guarantee of shipping until fulfillment is confirmed.

 

 

👗 3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, sizing charts, and photos for all our clothing and footwear items.

However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings

  • Sizing can vary by product line; we recommend consulting our Fit & Size Guide

  • All product images are owned by KRIFFA or used with permission

If a product is mispriced or listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

 

 

💳 4. Payment & Billing

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

  • PayPal, Venmo (select regions)

  • Shop Pay Installments for eligible orders

Your payment will be charged immediately upon order placement.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

🔄 6. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the delivery date for eligible items.

✔️ Eligible for return:

  • New, unused clothing or footwear

  • Items in original packaging, with tags/shoebox intact

❌ Not eligible:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Final sale items (clearly labeled on product page)

  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval

We provide free return labels for all approved returns.
No restocking fee applies. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of return receipt.

One free exchange per item is allowed if stock is available.

🔁 7. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within the 7-day window for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged/defective product

If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A full refund

  • An item of equal value

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Exchange shipping is free.

 

 

📅 8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, the order may be in processing and can only be modified through the return process.

If you input the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Your data is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We never store full payment card details

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties

  • Your checkout is encrypted via SSL and processed through PCI-compliant platforms

All content on our site—including images, logos, product names, and descriptions—is the property of KRIFFA LLC and protected by copyright law.

You may not reuse, duplicate, or reproduce any of our materials without prior written consent.

KRIFFA is not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Third-party payment platform errors

  • Normal wear and tear of apparel/footwear after use

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product.
